ARRIVING TO CLASS
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the start of class to get settled, check in, and set up. New to yoga? Drop in or take advantage of our amazing introductory rate! We’ll help you get set up!
RUNNING LATE?
Things happen! Feel free to join class within five minutes of start time… Just be sure to do it as quietly as possible so as not to disturb other students.
WHAT TO WEAR
To maximize your yoga experience, it is best to practice in clean comfortable clothing and bare feet. Please remove your shoes upon entering the studio and store your things in space provided with your cellphone off or silenced.
SHOULD I BRING A MAT?
Feel free to bring your own mat or rent one of ours for $2.00! Mat storage is available in studio for members. We also have blankets bolsters and props to support and modify your practice.
CLASS CANCELLATION POLICY
Classes cancelled at least 4 hours before start time will result in the class being returned to your account for use at a later date/time. Classes cancelled outside this window will result in an automatic $10 cancellation fee for members or a lost class for class packs or drop ins.
MEMBERSHIP CHANGE/ CANCELLATION POLICY
Monthly membership billing will continue until cancellation or change is requested by email to soulsupport@thesoulcity.com. Please allow 30 business days for cancellation completion.
LOCATIONS
Lynn
Our Lynn Studio is located at 34 Munroe St. Suite 100 Lynn, MA 01901 (GPS 192 Oxford St.) on the ground floor of the Caldwell Apartment Building. The studio entrance is on the Oxford St. Side.
PARKING: One hour Parking can be found on Munroe Street and Two hour parking can be found on Oxford Street. Please obey all signs and do not park in the Eastern Bank Parking lot or numbered Munroe Lofts spaces in the parking lot. Violators will be ticketed and or towed. Please allow time to find parking.
Enter the studio on the Oxford St. side, located to the left of the carport diagonally across from the Blue Ox Restaurant.
Note: If parking on Munroe St., use the ramp across from Land of A Thousand Hills Cafe to get to the Oxford St. side of the building.
WHERE IS THE RESTROOM?
Our Restroom and Changing room with Shower are located inside our studio space.
Malden
Our Malden Studio is located at 210 Pleasant St. in Malden, MA 02148
PARKING
Street parking is available on Pleasant street or in the Jackson St. parking garage at 7 Jackson St. with 2 hour validation available. Simply bring your parking ticket into the studio for validation.
Note: Paid Parking is available in the J Malden Garage and cannot be validated.
WHERE IS THE RESTROOM?
An accessible all gender restroom is located in the retail space to the left of the studio door.
