Munrow 101

New to rowing? Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class to get set up on your machine and get a brief breakdown on rowing stroke and form. Clean indoor sneakers required for rowing.

Munrow Method

This 60 minute class begins with intervals of moderately paced rowing pieces and drills designed to familiarize you with the rowing machine and focus on stroke form. To end the class We’ll take it to the mat for a yoga flow and cool down. Suitable for all levels. Clean indoor sneakers required for rowing.

Munrow + Flow

This 45 minute class begins on the rower with longer intervals of rowing followed by a 20 minute quick paced yoga flow linking breath to movement. Suitable for all levels. Clean indoor sneakers required for rowing.

Munrow + Sculpt

Let’s turn up the heat! This high energy beat driven 45 minute class will have you alternating between the rower and the mat for a ladder style workout. 3 rounds of descending duration rowing with intervals of mat work using body and/or weights. A challenging workout suitable for all levels. Clean indoor sneakers required for rowing.
