50 Hour Online Yin Yoga Teacher Training
Founding Cohort | Summer 2026
A guided online training with live support, community discussion, and flexible pacing.
June 22-August 16, 2026
Why Yin?
Most of us don't come to Yin Yoga because we're looking for another thing to master. We come to it because something in us is asking for a different pace. Through longer holds and intentional stillness, Yin invites us to slow down, pay attention, and explore the body with curiosity rather than force.
Whether you're looking to teach Yin Yoga or simply deepen your own practice, this training offers an opportunity to study the practice with depth, intention, and an open mind.
A Different Kind of Teacher Training
Yin Yoga asks different questions. Instead of asking how deep a posture can go, we ask what we can learn by staying. Instead of assuming every body should move the same way, we explore human variation, accessibility, and the realities of practicing in real bodies. Throughout this training, we'll examine Yin Yoga through the lenses of anatomy, nervous system awareness, observation, and embodied teaching.
Because the goal isn't to teach people how to fit into a pose. It's to understand the practice deeply enough to meet people where they are.
What You’ll Experience
Yin invites us to slow down and pay attention. This training is built around that same idea. Through study, practice, reflection, and discussion, we'll explore the practice from multiple angles and create space for meaningful integration along the way. Included in this training:
Five Curriculum Modules
Guided Yin Yoga Practices
Live Integration Labs
Reading and reflection assignments
Final Teaching Practicum
Community Discussion Board
Certificate of Completion & Optional Graduation Experience
Flexible Pacing
The Founding Cohort follows an eight-week guided schedule with weekly module releases, live practices, and integration labs. Students are encouraged to move through the training alongside the cohort, but have up to six months from the cohort start date to complete all graduation requirements and receive their certificate.
Students may attend the scheduled cohort graduation or participate in a future Soul U graduation event. Virtual and in-studio options are offered throughout the year.
